ENTRY

When you arrive, be on the lookout for signs directing traffic. There are two separate entrances.

ENTRANCE 1: SPEEDWAY BLVD

ALL Camping and Day Parking (Southbound)

Traffic must turn on Speedway Blvd and will be directed to pull  into appropriate Toll Booth for vehicle search and credential assignment. All vehicles that are parking need a parking pass and will be issued a decal at the Tollbooth if they do not already have one. All camping passes include parking for one vehicle. To ensure the quickest entry for our guests, we recommend purchasing parking passes in advance. If you have not purchased a parking pass in advance and DO NOT have a camping pass, you will need to purchase parking on site when you arrive.

VIP Camping & RVs

Traffic may enter through Speedway Blvd and will be directed to pull left into VIP/RV Tollbooth for vehicle search and credential assignment. VIP Camping passes include parking. RVs will need an RV pass – each individual in your RV must have a camping pass (either GA or VIP). If you have a companion vehicle, you will need to purchase a Companion Parking Pass in advance and arrive at the same time.

ENTRANCE 2: MAIN ENTRANCE

Uber, Taxis, Buses (Pick up/Drop Off)

Traffic must turn on Speedway Blvd. Stay in right hand lane on Speedway Blvd and enter the Tollbooths, following signs for Pick up & Drop Off.

In order to get all of our guests into the festival as quickly as possible, we carefully balance the number of vehicles coming into each entrance. Please take the suggested routes above and obey all law enforcement directions, as well as electronic message boards that may post an alternative route.

All vehicles are subject to search. See our list of allowed and prohibited items HERE.

If you did not receive your wristband in the mail, please proceed to Will Call to pick up your wristband.

We highly encourage you to purchase your tickets in advance on Eventbrite prior to arriving at the show, as this makes for a smoother and faster entry.

Your festival wristband will be given to you at toolbooths. You will need to show your Festival Eventbrite Ticket prior to receiving your festival band.

PARKING

Every car, truck, SUV, mini van or other standard vehicle will need a PARKING PASS in order to park at Imagine Festival. GA Camping and VIP Camping passes include parking. However, vehicles parked in the camping grounds must remain parked throughout the weekend. If you plan on coming and going you must park in the Day Parking Lot and purchase a PARKING PASS. You only need to purchase one parking pass per vehicle (not per person). We encourage you to save money and reduce your carbon footprint by carpooling.

NOTE: If you are not camping, do not need your car for the weekend, or are parking just for the day, you MUST have a PARKING PASS to park on-site. Upon arrival, use Speedway Blvd Entrance, and follow signs to the Day Parking Lot.

There will be a separate entrance for Pick up/Drop Off, Taxis and Uber, Hotel Shuttles and buses– Vehicles that are NOT parking do NOT need a parking pass.

DAY PARKING VEHICLES

Day parkers must enter through Speedway BLVD entrance. Our staff and signs will direct you to the Day Parking Lot.  When leaving the Day Parking Lot, follow signs for exit. Please note that because of all the inbound traffic on Friday, it may take a little longer for day parkers to exit on those days so be patient.

TOLLBOOTHS

Guests: please read this section carefully and be ready when you arrive in order to keep things moving along for everyone.

Here’s what to expect at the Tollbooths:

When you get there, you’ll fan out from a single lane into multiple lanes where you’ll be processed for entry.

Follow signs for the appropriate Tollbooth. RVs are required to purchase an RV Pass in advance – each individual in the RV must have either a GA or VIP Camping Pass.

Your vehicle will be searched upon entry. Please check our allowed and not allowed items list.

As you enter the Tollbooths, everyone in your vehicle should be wearing their wristbands to show to the Tollbooth staff. If you did not receive your wristband in the mail, go to Will Call to pick up your wristband, prior to entering the Tollbooth lanes.

Once your vehicle is processed and your wristbands are checked, you are good to enter. Next, follow the parking staff’s directions to your camping area or parking lot – camping locations are on a first come, first served basis. This means the earlier you enter, the closer you will camp to the Main Festival Entrance.

NOTE: If you are not camping, do not need your car for the weekend, or are parking just for the day, you MUST have a Parking Pass to park on-site. Upon arrival, use Speedway Blvd Entrance, and follow signs for Day Parking.

ALL VEHICLES SUBJECT TO SEARCH PRIOR TO ENTERING

We ask that you don’t clog up the Tollbooth or roads by waiting for your friends. The only way to make sure you camp with them is to arrive together. If you need to wait for your friends, please wait for them before you enter the festival.
